For builders, developers, and general contractors, Sage accounting systems are the backbone of financial operations. Sage Intacct and Sage 300 handle everything from payables to multi-entity consolidations. But when it comes to supporting suppliers and subcontractors with early payment, most companies either do it manually or not at all. The result is extra admin, one-off requests, and missed opportunities to save money. That’s where Quickly comes in.
We make it possible to offer early payments directly through Sage Intacct and Sage 300 without disrupting existing workflows. By connecting Quickly, buyers can give suppliers flexible payment options while reducing their own costs, all inside the systems they already use every day.
How It Works
Once an invoice is posted and approved in Sage, it syncs automatically into Quickly three times a day. Every detail such as invoice number, vendor name and ID, due date, amount, project or job code, and cost center is mirrored.
For the first time, suppliers can see their approved invoices and decide whether to take an early payment at a discount. The discount is dynamic, calculated daily off of a defined 30, 60, or 90-day term (or whatever terms are set in the middle).
For example:
- Standard discount: 2.9% over 30 days
- Supplier requests payment 7 days early
- Cost of the discount: about 0.7%
This means suppliers can decide what works best for them, and the discount always reflects the actual number of days paid early.
And the best part is, Quickly is completely free. We only make money when you save money. When a supplier accepts an early payment, we share the discount with you, so your costs go down while your trades and suppliers get paid faster.
Built for Real-World Scenarios
Things don’t always go perfectly, and that’s built into Quickly. If an invoice gets rejected, the supplier is notified right away. If there are credits on the account, those sync automatically too, so suppliers don’t get overpaid. And when payment dates often shift, which happens with “paid-when-paid” contracts or delayed draws, the discount is simply recalculated. Suppliers can then choose to move forward with the new amount or pull back their request.
We also know security is non-negotiable. Quickly doesn’t just read data, it pushes and pulls, so payments, invoices, and discounts are always kept in sync with Sage Intacct or Sage 300. Everything is recorded seamlessly, and the platform is built with the same safeguards trusted by public and private companies across the U.S. and Canada. See our full security overview.
And for customers with complex setups, Quickly is ready for that too. Multi-entity, CAD or USD, different holiday calendars are all supported. Even language isn’t a barrier. Today our app works in English, French, and Spanish, with native translation coming soon.
Case Study: Crystal Creek Homes — Early Payment ROI
One of the best examples of this in action comes from Crystal Creek Homes, a full-spectrum new home builder that ran on Sage 300. They wanted a way to support their suppliers with faster payments while improving their own bottom line. Through our integration, they were live on Quickly in just six hours.
Since then, the impact has been clear:
- 47% supplier adoption, nearly half of their trades opted into the program
- Over 1,000 invoices paid early
- Suppliers received payments an average of 43 days ahead of schedule
- Crystal Creek saved about $170,000 annually through dynamic discounts, with a typical discount rate of 2.9%
“Trade payables can be problematic in our industry and it is nice to have an alternative for our suppliers that also improves our bottom line.”
— Justin Bobier, CEO of Crystal Creek Homes
Crystal Creek’s experience shows how Quickly extends the value of Sage 300. Suppliers are happier, and buyers realize measurable savings in months, not years.
Supplier Results: Cash Flow With Predictability
Another example comes from Enhance Electric, a subcontractor that partnered with Quickly to get more control of receivables while staying aligned with their builder partners. They wanted flexibility to manage cash flow without waiting weeks for payments to clear.
The results speak for themselves:
- They accessed 252 early payments, receiving funds on average 34 days early
- In total, they unlocked $902,000 in working capital through early payments
“Quickly has been a great tool for us, giving us more control over our cash flow. Knowing we can access payments when needed allows us to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure our team and suppliers are always supported.”
— Tamara Jansen, Finance Admin, Enhance Electric
When suppliers thrive, projects stay on track, which is why adoption rates often surpass 30% within weeks.
Marketplace Validation
Quickly is a trusted partner on the Sage Marketplace for both Sage Intacct and Sage 300. That means Sage has already vetted our solution and recognizes it as a natural extension of their platforms. For customers, it’s extra peace of mind that integration is simple, secure, and designed to work inside the financial systems you’re already running.
“Quickly streamlines efficiency by offering subcontractors faster payment options with no risk to general contractors. It is a win-win, improving cash flow for subcontractors and boosting overall project success.”
— Dennis Stejskal, Head of Strategy at Sage Construction & Real Estate
The Bottom Line
Quickly doesn’t replace Sage Intacct or Sage 300, it makes them more valuable. By mirroring approved invoices into a supplier-facing portal, trades get real choices on when to be paid, and buyers save money while building stronger relationships.
It’s not often you find a way to lower costs and make your suppliers happier at the same time. That’s the power of making early payments seamless.
